We're hiring a Vendor Claim & Rebate Specialist for a leading IT distribution business in Dubai.

If you know your way around vendor portals, rebate structures, and reconciliation, this one's worth a look.

What the role involves:

• Managing end to end vendor claim and rebate processes, both backend and frontend
• Uploading and processing claims (rebates, MDF, price protection, promotions) on OEM vendor portals
• Validating claim data against invoices, sales records, purchase orders, and program criteria
• Liaising with vendors on approvals, discrepancies, and status updates
• Coordinating with finance on reconciliation, accruals, and revenue recognition
• Tracking claim aging, resolving rejected or short paid claims, and preparing MIS reports

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 3 to 5 years in vendor claims, rebates, or channel finance operations
• Exposure to IT distribution and OEM vendor ecosystems
• Hands on experience with vendor portals and rebate submission systems
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, reconciliation, data validation)
• ACCA, CMA, CPA or ERP certifications are a plus
