We're hiring a Presales Engineer for a leading IT infrastructure business. Remote (India) or Kochi (India) location.

If you configure technical solutions across servers, storage, networking, and GPU/AI infrastructure, this one is worth a look.

What the role involves:

• Configuring solutions and preparing BOQs and BOMs for servers, storage, and workstations based on customer specs
• Sizing CPU, memory, GPU, and storage architectures (RAID, NVMe, SAS/SATA) for enterprise, AI, and HPC use cases
• Responding to urgent RFQs with same day or next day technical quotations
• Benchmarking and countering competitor proposals with technically equivalent alternatives
• Liaising with product managers and distributors on pricing, availability, and lead times
• Supporting RFP responses for enterprise and institutional projects

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 to 5 years in IT infrastructure presales, systems engineering, or solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, and networking technologies
• Vendor certifications (Supermicro, NVIDIA, ASUS, Dell, HPE) preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
