About the Role
LinkX is hiring on behalf of a technology company that builds secure enterprise applications, including for the government sector. You will design and deliver scalable applications across the full stack, from .NET backend services to Angular front ends.

Fluent Arabic is required, as the role involves direct communication with government and client stakeholders. Strong English is also required.

What You Will Do

• Design, build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Build scalable solutions using Clean Architecture and design best practices.
• Develop responsive, high-performance web apps using Angular and TypeScript.
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases and data-access layers.
• Work with messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Apply caching and performance optimisation.
• Follow secure coding practices, including authentication, authorisation and data protection.
• Write unit and integration tests, and take part in code reviews.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, releases and deployments.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, UI/UX, business analysts and project teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve applications over time.
• Mentor junior developers and promote good engineering practice.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and Web API skills.
• Strong Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and SCSS skills.
• Good SQL Server knowledge and familiarity with NoSQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Good understanding of SOLID, Clean Architecture and design patterns.
• Git and modern branching strategies.
• CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Docker experience.
• Unit, integration and frontend testing.
• Experience delivering production applications in Agile or Scrum teams.
• Ability to own features end to end and lead technical design discussions.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes
• Redis or similar caching
• Azure, AWS or GCP
• API gateways such as Azure API Management or Ocelot
• Monitoring tools such as ELK, Prometheus or Grafana
• GraphQL, gRPC or WebSockets
• Micro-frontends or modular frontend design
