About the Role
LinkX is hiring on behalf of a multinational group for its Group Digital Employee Platform team. As Platform Architect, you will drive the strategy and architecture of the group’s employee experience products. These include the Employee Productivity Portal, Talent Management and Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Employee Listening solutions.

You will define technology roadmaps and align solutions with business goals. You will own the product lifecycle from design to maintenance. You will lead architecture governance, evaluate vendors, and ensure quality through testing and integration.

What You Will Do

• Co-own the Digital Platform roadmap with the Product Manager and Enterprise Architecture.
• Design the platform in line with Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF.
• Apply the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment (SAFe, DevSecOps).
• Architect modern SharePoint solutions using the Viva suite to boost engagement and collaboration.
• Lead UI/UX design, platform development and configuration.
• Integrate the platform with other enterprise platforms.
• Define enabler epics for sub-platforms, technology, security and interfaces.
• Own platform quality assurance, testing, security and integrity.
• Oversee website development and launch, and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Manage vendors and partner with the business to drive adoption.
• Keep solution documentation up to date.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years in at least one core Microsoft 365 module, such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams or Azure.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Copilot experience, or familiarity with Microsoft Search and Gen AI search.
• Architect experience with modern SharePoint, including global navigation and hub structures for intranets.
• Architect experience with Viva or Yammer, including Microsoft Adaptive Cards.
• Azure AI Search experience.
• Experience in a company-wide reboot of internal communication, collaboration or digital employee experience.
• Nice to have: Workday or SAP adaptive cards.
