Product Analyst | Financial Planning (Anaplan)
Job Description:
We are hiring on behalf of a large multinational organisation building out its enterprise digital and planning capability in Egypt. The role sits within a digital platform team delivering an end-to-end financial planning product. It suits an analyst who enjoys turning business problems into working software inside a mature agile environment.
What the Role Involves
You will act as the bridge between business needs and the product itself. Working alongside product managers, developers, and testers, you will analyse requirements, shape them into features and user stories, and help release in short, iterative cycles. A core part of the job is keeping the planning product accurate, stable, and compliant while improving how it serves the business.
Day to day, you will:
- Investigate business processes and service-improvement opportunities, then articulate them clearly for the team.
- Analyse data from user feedback and usage patterns to spot where the product can improve, and present findings to product teams and senior stakeholders.
- Define and track the KPIs that show whether the product is delivering.
- Keep analytical insight flowing into design and development decisions.
- Contribute actively in agile ceremonies to keep delivery aligned with user and business goals.
- Run user testing sessions and use the feedback to refine and prioritise the backlog.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Solid business analysis and process-improvement skills, with a strong grasp of agile delivery.
- Experience with financial planning products. Anaplan is strongly preferred.
- Ability to convert business requirements into features and user stories.
- Exposure to UI and UX design for digital products.
- Strong data discipline: managing data health, ensuring timely delivery, resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Experience managing a product backlog and delivery within a finance domain.
- Clear communicator, detail-oriented, collaborative, curious, and able to think strategically.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly gross salary: EGP 114,500 to 125,000, plus a 15% annual bonus and 13th and 14th month salary.
- Car allowance, family medical cover, and life insurance.
We review every application carefully. Due to volume, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, but your profile may be considered for future roles.
